The babies are all growing quickly! So far we have three with deposits and I just put one pictures on our advertisements. They sure keep me busy from morning to night. Cleaning, feeding and that very special playtime which makes a nice socialized kitten. We did manage to get some down time last week at the Columbus, Ohio TICA show. It was a PET EXPO and cat show and there were tons of people, Venders, shelters, animal hospitals and rescue groups. It was AMAZING!!! We took three of the Birchbark gang. |

It snowed here in Evansville last night!!! Our seal mink marble girl-CH Divas Den Cairo of Birchbark gave birth to four snow babies- two seal lynx and two seal mink spotted. Sire is our 11 month old boy Birchbark Ghostbuster a seal mink spotted. I haven't sexed them yet because she is a first time mom and is being overprotective. Our five little brown babies born 02-20-12 are growing nicely. There eyes are open and checking everything out. Hard to believe they will be three weeks old next Monday! |

Spring has arrived here at the Bichbark Cattery here in Evansville,IN. The first of our spring litters was born on February 2nd (Groundhog Day). Sire is our wonderful QGC Birchbark Domino Pips who is a large, glittered silver spotted lovebug. Dam is our Birchbark Lil Bo Peep, a silver marble girl. For being a first time mom, she is doing a great job!! This was an experimental line breeding and it has turned out well. I am pleased with how healthy and typey these boys are. Our second litter was born this week on the 21st under my big oldfashioned laundry room double sink. |
